Keri manages operations in the office and coordinates with buyers, the field, realtors, and lenders.

Although Jon is no longer among us, his indelible contributions have been instrumental in shaping Bailey Homes into the remarkable family business it is today. His absence is deeply felt and he is sincerely missed.

Jon's educational journey was marked by excellence, as he graduated with honors from BYU, holding both a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Beyond his academic achievements, Jon's versatility shone through as he further diversified his skill set, as a General Contractor, Civil Engineer, CEO and a proficient real estate broker. He fearlessly undertook a myriad of roles that demanded not only formal education but also an unwavering commitment to make Bailey Homes better.

At Bailey Homes, Jon's visionary leadership came to the fore. He meticulously strategized and orchestrated the development of our residential and commercial neighborhoods, exemplifying his keen understanding of urban planning and people.
