Joe Bailey learned construction from his dad. As a young boy Joe would follow his dad around asking questions and also trying to emulate his dad on the jobsite. His summers as a teenager were spent with his dad's trade foreman learning each trade and working under each of the foreman's who instilled in him a work ethic and commitment to quality that is seen in every one of his projects today. Joe put himself through college building homes in the summer with his brothers. After mastering economics and finance in college he decided to return to Elko to build a business with his father. Joe is always on the job. He has a commitment to his Bailey Homes clients that is unmatched in the industry. Jon Bailey is the acting President of Bailey Homes, and together with Doug, Joe, and Dave he runs the day to day operations of the company.

Jon's path to development came from the design end as he worked as a professional engineer for nearly ten years before joining with his Dad and Brothers to form a progressive company focused on meeting the needs and expectations of our clients.

Jon is a registered professional engineer, a licensed general contractor, and a Realtor. Jon always puts his client's first and tries to find innovative ways to serve them from the design of the home to the construction financing, he will always make sure you feel part of the family.

Liza Baumann helped customers make design choices for their homes for over 10 years before joining the Bailey Homes team. She is very familiar with the building process, and will help you with any questions you may have whether it be design or schedule related.

In addition to managing the everyday office duties of a construction company, she enjoys helping our homeowners through the home building process. She believes that building a home should be an enjoyable experience and will help accomplish this goal in any way she can.

Liza enjoys living in Spring Creek with her husband and son, where they can spend their winters snowmobiling in the Rubies, and their summers enjoying the many community activities that our area has to offer.

Porter and Jazz are key members of the Bailey Homes team where they spend the majority of their days lounging in the shade of a work truck or greeting people at the office.
